Shiping Policies

  • We will ship the article within 1-3 days working days (depending on the size of the article)
  • If there is any other requirement or customization in the article the dispatch time will be 7-14 working days depending on the article size and customization time.
  • We ship products all over the world. We use both air and sea freight services.
  • We Patronise World Class Courier Companies/ Cargo Agents such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.
  • Products are packed in drop-tested packaging to ensure safety
  • Shipments are fully insured.

Delivery

  • 7-10 working days after the dispatch.

Duties And Taxes

The charges shown at the website checkout are inclusive cost of product, packaging, insurance, courier charges and any duties and taxes in India. Any other destination charges like custom duty/ Vat/Taxes etc. will be paid by the buyer directly to the courier company/concerned authority.

Payment Methods

Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted payment methods for international customers.

Return Policy

  • In case of return courier charges will be borne by the buyer. Refund will be processed after receipt of goods.
  • If the item is delivered in damaged condition you will either receive a refund from the insurance company or a replacement from us.

Cancellation Policy

  • If your cancellation is within 12 hours after your purchase, you will receive a full refund. (Less Bank/Gateway Charges)
  • If your cancellation is within 12 hours to 48 hours of purchase, deduction 20% of the order value.
  • Cancellation after 48 hours, No Refund.
  • The refund will be processed within 2 working days.
